Default acceleration issues

i have a 94, with a 3.0L v6 2wd,42,XXX miles. sometimes when i am accelerating, in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th, it stutters and shakes. i absolutely have no idea what the problem is. ive changed my plugs, wires, distributor cap, and rotor and still, the problem exists. i changed everything roughly around 3,000 miles ago. anyone know what the problem could be? all my plugs were gaped properly and everything.
