1- Remove both screws located on the door black bezel (philips screws)

2- Once that black bezel is removed (its held by 3 metal clips, gently pull it out), you will be able to see another philips screw... remove that one also

3- On the lower side of the door panel, near the door ventilation grill, theres another philip screw... remove also.

4- Once all the screws are removed, simply pull the whole panel upwords, its held in place by plastic tabs.

Then youre done...

Depending upon the model year there might be differences in a way to remove door panel. I am having 2001 Ford Ranger..Remove screws from bottom left of door panel and one that is inside door handle..After that remove the plastic cover on the window crank using any thin bladed flat head screwdriver. Just gently pull and lift slightly window crank where you will see see a torx screen..After window crank is off, simply lift the panel off the door...Hope this helps you..
