Use just the walmart brand conventional. Cheaper, same as all the other conventionals. I want to upgrade to Royal Purple full synthetic, but have nowhere near the amount of money to do so.

(11/20) Now I switched over to Quaker State's Advanced Durability. So much better than conventional lol

I use Valvoline Synpower 5w-30, and usually a Motorcraft FL-1A, sometimes a Wix 51773 (which holds an extra 3/4 of a qt). I can extend my OCI a bit further if I want.
Usually I change oil around 6000 (I can go further, but I get bored having oil in for so long). you just get that itch to change it.

Flowmaster 3-Stage with dual outs, homemade cold-air intake with K&N cone (and K&N panel filter for stock airbox for smogging). AutoLoc aftermarket power windows and locks, Dual Head Unit with HD Radio and carrying enough tools to fill a tool truck (ok.. maybe a Ford Ranger)

pennzoil 5w30 high milage. truck gets changed every 3,000 miles, wife's S-blazer gets the same oil but changed at every 5,000 miles. for filters the ranger gets a motorcraft fl1a, the blazer gets a a/c or fram filter.
