Default electric fan question

okay, so the ranger is gettin an electric fan (dont say what is better or worse this thread is not about that and all posts regarding mechanical over electric is better or vice-versa will be reported and deleted)

so the question is about the relay,

im gonn amake ti auto so it turns on at one point and shuts off at another ( no need for a toggle)

now the kit im gettin says the relay turns on at 180* and off at 170*

and i know the ranger t-stat opens at 190* will this relay work?

will my motor still warm up to open the t-stat?
