Default transfer case

hi
I got a 2002 ranger i got a noise coming from my truck. i was told that it was my t case from my friend. it sounds like the chain is stretched out and has play in it. does any one have a junk ranger that i could buy one out of a truck mine is the borg warner 1354. or know of a place that i can get a rebuild kit for cheaper than $200. thanks for all the help
