Default Undercoating my truck come May-June

Alright... So I'm taking measures to protect my truck's belly at the end of the school year. I want to POR15 the entire frame and underbody of my truck. Thing it, I want to pull the cab off to be able to wash it out real nice and thoroughly first. Any thoughts as to how ridiculous my ideas are? lol If I do end up doing this, I may need a hand or two for doing this because the cab is going to be a hefty load. So, what do y'all think?

it's really not that hard to do you can actually pull the entire body of your truck off in 4 pieces(bulky and awkward) but pull the bed then the hood then the front clip(fenders nose) and then the cab... if you pull the doors off you can actually lay the cab on it's side and clean under it and coat it aswell..... now for you to do it this way i would suggest having atleast 3 other ppl there with you....

Yeah, I'm gonna have a bunch of people there... And I was planning on setting the cab on it's back in grass, and washing it that way.

That's what I was thinking about. The back window is brand new. The guy had it replaced when I bought it.

i don't know if i'd dissasemble the entire truck man... try to find someone with a powerwasher, get the truck up in the air, and blast all the crap out from under it, then POR15.

Unbolt the body mounts and put 2x4s for support...You'll be able to get every nook and cranny. Just pull the bed.

Wherever we want to go, we'll go. That's what a truck is, you know. It's not just a frame and a cab and a bed and engine, that's what a truck needs but what a truck is... what the Ranger really is... is freedom.

I have a friend with a lift, but I'm not sure if he'd let me destroy his garage with the mud from my truck...

What do you mean? Jack up the cab and wash it out?

basically he's saying use the 2x4's as a 4 in BL for your truck and you should be able to have access to everything to clean it....

Hmmm.... Might be plausible but I'm gonna ask my buddy if I can use his lift though. I may be doing an SAS if I can get the cash up or putting all new front end parts on.
