You can try small with a screamin demon coil pack, new plugs and wires. Or go big with a tuner, they are pricey but may boost your truck a little bit and make it run more efficient. There is an underpulley for your truck too but really nothing I know of besides a turbo charger that will beef up the performance alot

you can get a demon coil pack, CAI, Exhaust, chip, programmer, maybe replace the Cam. Its all up to you though. I cant tell you what to buy or what to put on your truck. Its all personal preferance I can just tell you what can help add some HP mind you it wont be much. you bought a ranger not a ferrari.

I was going to do the spacer a loong time ago, but I learned its junk and doesnt do a thing. I think the above recommendations are a good start along with good maintenance, Tune ups, Cleaning intakes and one of my favorites in simply going to a decent synthetic oil. Also I am a believer in using what is recommended for you truck such as motorcraft oil filters, wires etc

A cai (cold air intake) wont give you anything either. Exaust maybe a little. Underdrive pulleys a tiny bit Probably a full tune up will help the most. My .02
