Default bed removal/rust work

So I finally pulled my plastic bedliner and there is 'some' rust at the front of the bed by one of the bolts..
Where the wavy layer of the bed lays in the bottom, is that removable so that I can see how bad it is under it?

Alright any ideas on how to repair the rust before it eats through the front corner of my bed?

Lol. I'll go take a pic but I'm at work and will have to 'mobile upload' through photobucket and that will take a couple hours..

This ^ I believe they sell an actual rust preventative paint, so if you could find that you'll be good.
