Can I put a 93 ford splash bed on my 91 ranger short bed 4.0l

No, I believe the frames are different. May be able to modify the bed but you will probably open a bad can of worms on that!

yes, it will bolt on. but the body lines dont' line up. it doesn't look terrible though.
