Is your airbag light blinking then staying on? Sometimes this can be caused by the airbag sensor found under the drivers and passenger seat.
This is what it looks like ![]() Sometimes the connection just needs lubrication. Here is what you do: Reach under the seat (No you do NOT have to take the seats out) unclip the airbag sensor by pushing the grey tab down and pulling it out. This image shows the sensor end which comes from the floor (Seats moved for better picture) ![]() Now spray WD40 into each sensor end, the one on the floor and the one end still attached to the seat. In this image you will see the other end of the sensor still attached to the underside of the seat. (Seat moved or better picture, again, you do NOT have to remove the seats to do this) ![]() Re-attach your sensor. ![]() Repeat on other sensor as well Sometimes, it may take a few hours for the light to stop blinking if in fact this is the problem. If the airbag light continues to stay on, there may be another issue, however, every time I have seen this happen, the WD40 has always done the trick.
