Default Cruise switch replace in '99

Help! Any advice/experience replacing this pair of cruise switches that have broken off at the mounting screws. Any danger working around air bag? Procedure and/or tips please.

No danger as long as you disconnect the negative battery terminal. Just behind the airbag are 2 circular caps, pop them off with a small flat head screw driver. Behind them are 2 I believe 9/32 bolts (1 on each side) back those bolts out, pull the airbag off, unplug the airbag. The cruise pods are held with 2 phillips screws each, take the screws out, unplug the pods and install in the reverse order
