Have you tried taking out the switch and jumping your power source to the wire that feeds the relay?

Try that, if the lights do not activate, you either have a bad switch or a break in the line

If the relay clicks then half the circuit is OK.
Check for 12 V at the socket and work back to the relay, there has to be a bad connection, broken wire, bad relay or fuse/holder.

If the relay doesn’t click then that half needs some work.
Same steps different components, chk power to the switch and out of the switch.

If all of the wiring is good and fuses and relays are good and working then it seems like a broken wire.

luck
