Hey guys,
I just recently joined the Ranger club. I got a good deal on a beige brown 1988 2.9l Ranger. Unfortunately I have had a problem with power loss. For some reason the oil light will come on and then the truck will start to lose power and there's a knocking noise coming from the engine compartment. But when I stop and turn off the truck and turn it back on again it runs fine. I'm wondering if its the fuel pump or catalytic converter any ideas? Cheers Cabose |
