Default New to me

Hi, I had a '97 Stepside Ranger but needed more room. I liked that one a lot. 4 cyl., 5 sp., blk., chrome bumpers, etc. but needed room - inside not outside. So I bought a '99 Supercab with a topper. It's like driving a boat. It's a 6 cyl. (not much difference in gas mileage) and it's flex-fuel. I bought it from a dealer and they didn't know much about it. I'm finding out as I go. Please help if possible: 1) It has air shocks on the rear with the valves behind one of the rear wheels. Were these original? How much air in each one? (I wish it was a joint valve for them both) 2) I'd like another stepside bed. would one fit? What all would need to be changed? Anyone know where I can get one? Thanks, 4GIVN
