2009 Ranger XL
Hey guys!
im new here, and i just bought my self a 2009 Ranger XL 5 speed its got the 2.3liter engine and all of that.. completely stock. can anyone tell me some pros and cons about this truck? i know this is a broad topic, but i figure it could start some good conversations and maybe help me understand a little more about my truck. thanks! -Vinnie |

well the 2.3 liter engine, is a great engine.. you will get alot of miles out of it, seen it in rangers with 300 000 miles.. great little engine..

im gonna take some! it just got detailed (courtesy of my local ford dealership lol
) becasue a balloon baked onto the paint in all of the heat!

I love my '97 2.3 5 speed but I must say....I have Ranger envy...
 ..That is a sweet looking ride!

haha thanks dude! yea my dad has a 96 ranger xlt its got the 3.0 in it and i love it! even though the 02 sensors go out once a year and it fails emissions every time haha its still awesome! its a perfect mix of power and fuel economy!
