Ryan4x4 Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2009 Posts: 5	BW1354 Transfer Case Swap out/Rebuild Kit I have a 03' Ranger Fx4 level II, 4.0L V6 SOHC, Trans is a Mazda 50D R1 HD and the Transfer Case is a Borg-Warner 1354. My transfer case keeps slipping and nocking when i have it in 4HI, i think the forks are just worn, but i'm looking to do one of two things. 1) Find a different transfer case that will be an overall improvement to what i have. OR 2) Just rebuild my current Case. Does anyone have any ideas on what other Cases will mock up to my current setup or where i can get a rebuild kit for my current BW1354? Thanks - Ryan
