Default Horn and ford oval

Wondering if one of these would come off cleanly at a junkyard? Previous owner dented it punching the horn.

Also why is my horn so hard to use?

They do not come off clean. I tried one at the junk yard. It's just tin with prongs going into the rubber and it gets destroyed trying to pull it off. I suggest if you find one at the yard, just pull the whole airbag. Its 2 bolts and a wire connector that holds it on
