Default 94 Ranger W/clutch hydraulic problem

I have changed my clutch before and have had no problem bleeding my clutch.Recently I have changed the flywheel, clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder with throw out bearing pre-filled and after having problems bleeding,a new clutch master cylinder.I have bleed the system before and it has never been this much of a pain.I have bleed the system numerous times and numerous ways including bench bleeding the system out of the truck all was good with great tension once I put it in the truck no help and I lost pressure.with the engine running, there is no shifting into gear(any gear)I'm wondering if there is something I have forgot it has been a while since the last time I did this but it seemed easier and quicker then.Any Suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Ive had kindof the same problem. My clutch just recently went out so i replaced it, bled it, then i drove it for one day. I had lost all of my fluid, it was my clutch master cylinder that was leaking. After i replaced that i rebled the system and it wouldnt work i tryed it the other method and the clutch pedel got so hard to move. Also when id push the clutch in in neut
ral the motor would bog down.
