Default cant decide

I like rangers lowered and lifted. but i cant decide whether i should lower my 94 supercab or if i should lift it. its 2wd so i thought it would be smarter to lower it but i like the lifted look.

which is easiest and cheapest to do?

I would lower it but thats just me... and if you're going to lower it, go all out, at least 4"-6". just be ready to be on the lookout for pot holes, bumps in the road, and scraping coming in and out of driveways. if you're not ready and willing to put up with all that, then maybe lift it. no one said it was easy being cool...
