Question converting to disc

So...I don't know much about the 28 spline 8.8 but, can you easily convert it to discs using parts from the 31 spline rear? Haven't gotten much time to look into both axles to see the possibility of the conversion. Rather not swap the whole rear and having to get new perches welded on top. So what do y'all know or think?

no, the parts from the 31 spline axle will not fit on the 28 spline axle. the axle tubes are different sizes, the bearings are different sizes, etc. search mustang brakes. they are pretty easy.
