If it's a 4.0L yes...even if it's a 3.slow yes...4.0L is either 5r44e or 5r55e. the 55e is a little more reliable/stronger. I believe they are behind the 4.oL SOHC...it will bolt up, but one of the bellhousing bolts wont. It will be fine either way. Hope this helps.
