Default Timeing problem? 1994 ranger 4.0 4x4

Lately my ranger has been running funny. It backfired once while I was getting onto the highway and now it seems to have a bit less power and it just sounds like it's running different. at idle it vibrates until RPM's reach more than 1000 (idels at about 450-500)

I'll see if I can get a video of it up.

Here it is. Anyone know how to embed into the forum?

Pull plugs and report or show on video what they look like. Sounds terrible, hope its a plug miss not worse.
