My Opinion...
I currently own a 98 4x4 XLT. It's nickel and dime-ing me to death. I once owned a 96 Chevy S-10 4x4 w/4.3L. After buying this Ranger and comparing to my 2 year older S-10, the S-10 was easier to work on and the problems were more straight forward and easier to correct. The S-10 was better equipt with options even though it was 2 years older.
To sum it up, I wish I had my older S-10 than the Ranger.
Now I know why people are asking more money for there S-10's
