Default runs rough at first then smooths out

my 1998 ranger 3.0 will start right up but it miss fires for a little bit then it will smooth out and run fine but it blew a fuse twice and caused it not to start. when i put a new fuse in it does the same thing. anyone know what it could be?

do you know which fuses keep blowing?

Currently redoing the interior. Mustang Dome Light Mod. OHC with buggman's led light mod. Bucket seats. Center console... Auto dim mirror... Air box mod.... 01-03 grille conversion...

its a fuse that says 20 on it under the hood a small fuse there are big ones on the very left this one is the next row over from the left

when the fuse blows it wont start its acting like its not getting any fuel so maybe a fuel pump? idk it smoothes out though after its started for a little bit? im confused
